You''ll be charged with the hands on engineering on site whilst also managing client needs.This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single and Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Pumps and Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Requirements City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Package: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Company pension scheme 25 days holiday and bank holidays Additional training Overtime available Internal progression ..... full job details .....
