The facility in Rochdale has been in production for over 50 years and is a market leader within its industry. The company have a wide array of woven/non-woven/glass fibre and hybrid fabrics such as stainless steel materials that serve a purpose for the Defence, Aerospace, Food/Beverage industries.Key Skills Apprentice Trained Mechanical Engineer Experience of Fast Moving Machinery Understanding of PPM systemsThe RoleYou will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working within a team of engineers. You will have a sound knowledge of fast moving machinery, conveyor systems, project based work, HandS compliance, installation work, needle punch presses, heat set calendars, inverters. The role will also involve some mechanical aspects working on gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics.
