We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well - established and growing building services company, covering the London area.This is a hands-on position carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services and MandE systems. You''ll be responsible for fault finding, servicing and maintaining mechanical plant while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The RoleAs a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceServicing and maintaining mechanical plant and building services equipmentFault finding and diagnosing mechanical issuesServicing pumps and pressurisation unitsCarrying out routine service inspections in accordance with PPM schedulesResponding to breakdowns and call-outsIdentifying faults and completing necessary remedial worksProducing reports and relevant certificationCompleting and maintaining site logbooksEnsuring work complies with Health and Safety requirements and risk assessmentsLiaising with customers and tenants while on siteSupporting small works and projects where requiredMinimising repeat visits through effective fault diagnosis and repairWhat We''re Looking ForYou should have previous experience working within mechanical building services, facilities management or an MandE maintenance ..... full job details .....
