I am currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large High end property situated by Kensington High Street, West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out MandE/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static site (High End Residential Development).Working with the maintenance team of 3 on site . He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. They will consider mechanical engineers who have recently completed their apprenticeships (Must have CandG Level 2 as a minimum) who have some commercial building maintenance experience as well as experienced mechanical engineers.
