CBW is currently looking for A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building.The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, CandG etc) with Cooling towers experience and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, cooling towers and fabric maintenance to the following.Duties and Responsibilities:Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Dealing with all aspects of maintenance and cooling towers and signing off work complete for an auditChillers - ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingHours of work / RateMonday - Friday8am - 5pmStarting Immediately Temp ongoing 28p/h Requirements Must be able to provide copies of your trade ..... full job details .....
