This role is responsible for maintaining critical plant equipment, supporting operational performance, and ensuring manufacturing processes run safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs on mechanical equipment.Diagnose and resolve faults within complex manufacturing systems to minimise downtime.Install, maintain and improve plant and equipment to agreed engineering standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing performance targets.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements.Produce accurate maintenance reports and records using the site''s maintenance management systems.Contribute to risk assessments and change management processes relating to plant and equipment modifications.Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel where required, ensuring work is completed safely and effectively.Assist with training and knowledge sharing across engineering and operational teams.RequirementsHNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification gained through a recognised ..... full job details .....
