The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding across a range of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and plumbing plant. Key Responsibilities: Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and associated building services plant. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime. Monitor and maintain critical building systems. Support HVAC, UPS, generators, LV systems and other M&E equipment. Update maintenance records and CAFM systems accurately. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and permit-to-work systems. Supervise specialist subcontractors when required. Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
