Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Skills Required

• NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Mechanical Maintenance.
• Experience carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Experience with reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Good knowledge of:
  • HVAC systems
  • Plumbing
  • Pumps
  • Motors
  • Valves
  • Pipework
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
