This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to fault finding, repairs and continuous improvement activities.Location: Manchester Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver routine and scheduled maintenance activities to maximise plant availability and reliability.Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes and implement effective repairs.Carry out servicing, overhaul and refurbishment of mechanical systems and site assets.Support operational teams by resolving plant issues quickly and efficiently.Conduct inspections on critical equipment and proactively identify potential failures.Replace and repair mechanical components including bearings, chains, rollers, gearboxes, motors and drive systems.Assist with machinery upgrades, plant modifications and engineering improvement ..... full job details .....
