      <description>Location: Hartlepool | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Lead mechanical maintenance delivery and support plant reliability       Wolviston Management Services is proud to be working in partnership with  Tioxide  to recruit a  Mechanical Lead  for their Greatham site.    This is a hands-on mechanical leadership role where you will support the M/E/I Front Line Manager with the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the weekly maintenance plan, while responding to priority work as determined by the Area Engineering Manager. You will act as a first technical point of contact for plant issues, support fault investigation, produce work packs, coordinate spares, oversee critical mechanical work and help improve plant reliability across the ICON area.       What you’ll be doing  You will:    	 Act as the first technical point of contact for plant mechanical issues, investigating faults and assessing whether work should be completed immediately or scheduled into planned maintenance.
