Mechanical Lead Groningen, Netherlands Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Lead for a major data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Mechanical Lead to take ownership of the mechanical delivery on a large-scale, technically complex project for a leading international construction contractor. As Mechanical Lead, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the Mechanical package, working closely with the Project Manager, engineering, commercial and construction teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Mechanical Lead Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of the Mechanical package on site. Oversee day-to-day mechanical site operations and subcontractor activities. Drive high standards of Health and Safety and Quality across the Mechanical works. Manage the Mechanical QA process, including documentation and project close-out. Monitor project progress against the programme and manage labour and subcontractor resources. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, engineering team, commercial team and client. Hold regular meetings with subcontractors and monitor performance against programme and manpower requirements. Manage snagging, punch lists and the successful completion of Mechanical works.
