Mechanical Lead - Data Centre

Overview

Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading and award-winning General Contractor on a complex project in Finland. Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager/Lead on Data Centre projects or large-scale industrial or healthcare projects.Responsibilities

Oversee installation and management of Mechanical systems on site, ensure site safety, and drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.Manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations.Procurement coordination for sub-packages/contracts and materials.Liaise with clients over design variations.Manage full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).Deliver projects to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.Ensure health and safety is always followed.Manage weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.Requirements
