Mechanical Labourer 4 Day Week!!!

First Achieve''s Engineering recruitment team are looking for a time-served Mechanical

Labourer to join a busy manufacturing workshop specialising in electrical switchgear. This

role will involve supporting the build, assembly, and wiring of low voltage switchgear panels

and associated equipment.

|The Role

* Assist with the assembly and fitting of electrical switchgear panels and enclosures

* Support panel wiring activities, including routing and securing cables and looms

* Prepare and install components such as mounting plates, trunking, and DIN rails

* Aid in the positioning and fixing of electrical devices including breakers, relays, and

control equipment

* Carry out basic mechanical tasks such as drilling, marking out, and component

preparation

* Read and follow basic engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

* Move and handle materials, components, and completed panels safely within the

workshop

* Previous Experience supporting panel wiring or assembly work would be highly

sought after
