Leicester | £30-£35/hour (DOE)

Temporary (3-4 Months), Full-Time

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Installation Engineer/ Fabrication Specialist to join an exciting project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile project, playing a key part in heavy mechanical assembly, structural steelwork and precision fitting.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Proven track record in mechanical installation, site metalwork fixing and steelwork assembly
• Full, valid UK Driving License
• Willing to work 7 days a week  

Desirable:

• Confined Space Certification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute site mechanical installations, structural steelwork and heavy metalwork assembly
• Install and adjust scraper bridge components, scraper blades/ poles, scum box set ups and launder channels
• Perform precise drilling, anchoring and fixing structural metalwork

Requirements

As a Mechanical Installation Engineer/ Specialist Fabricator, you will also be expected to:

• Maintain a clean, organised work area whilst following strict safety guidelines
