The activity will involve both visual and documentation inspection, assuring product quality prior to its release to our customer. Full details as follows: Visual inspection of finished and in-process product Inspection of coated nylon assemblies, including bonding areas, seams, attachments and cord locations Verification of known quality concerns, including dry stick/bonding issues and incorrect cord positioning Dimensional and physical inspection checks, where applicable Review of manufacturing and release documentation, including Form 1s, Certificates of Conformity, routers and inspection records Identification, documentation and escalation of product or documentation non-conformances Preparation of an inspection record following each inspection Preparation of non-conformance reports, as required Skills and Experience: Relevant aerospace, defence or quality-critical industry experience Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing or supplier quality environment ...
