This permanent role will involve ensuring that manufactured items conform to quality and dimensional requirements, with a focus on utilising advanced inspection technologies. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and examine assembled, fabricated, machined, and surface-treated parts using 3D scanning technology. Work/inspect at suppliers'' sites as required. Use non-programmable CMM arms for First Article Inspections (training provided). Conduct systematic inspections of mechanical assemblies to ensure conformity with standards and bills of material. Actively participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Lessons Learnt activities to improve product quality. Support the Quality Control Team and Manufacturing Cells by providing inspection assistance. Inspect piece parts throughout the manufacturing process and record inspection status.
