This role will initially involve working on a commercial refurbishment within a live environment, so a professional, client-facing approach is essential. You will be responsible for overseeing works on site, supervising operatives, assisting with installations where required, and reporting directly to the Site Manager. There is a strong opportunity for this position to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Day to day supervision and coordination of site teams. Overseeing installation works and ensuring project timelines are met. Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Conducting regular site safety checks and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. Liaising effectively with clients, site management and subcontractors.
