Mechanical Multi-Skilled Engineer Foot Mobile (Belgravia) Location: Belgravia, Central London Salary: £47,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sector: High-End Residential and Commercial (Tier 1) Job Summary: We are hiring a Mechanical Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work foot mobile across luxury Tier 1 residential and commercial properties in Belgravia, Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong mechanical and plumbing skills to join a prestigious portfolio and earn unlimited overtime. Key Responsibilities: Fan Coil Units (FCUs): Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis Pumps: Inspection, repair, and replacement Toilets and Plumbing Systems: Reactive and planned maintenance Fire Alarm Testing: Weekly/monthly testing and compliance reporting Flushing Duties: Water hygiene flushing and documentation General mechanical building services maintenance Carrying out PPM and reactive works across multiple high-end sites Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure service excellence Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical building services maintenance Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, FCUs, pumps, and plumbing Experience with fire alarm systems and water hygiene protocols NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently across ..... full job details .....
