The role involves assembling high-specification components, supporting machine builds, and helping deliver reliable, precision-engineered products to a global customer base. The Role:As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining complex mechanical systems and bespoke machinery. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you''ll ensure components are built to exact tolerances and aligned with customer specifications and technical drawings.Key Responsibilities: Maintain a hands-on presence, providing support with breakdowns, fault-finding, and critical maintenance when required. Assemble and fit mechanical components with precision, using engineering drawings and build specifications. Carry out mechanical installations, alignments, and adjustments across a variety of machines and equipment. Support machine builds, from individual component preparation to full system assembly. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, ensuring minimal rework or delay.
