Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.Position Summary:To carry out the fitting of parts and the repair of quality defects to a high standard,ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently and in accordance with company qualityrequirements.This position sits after initial quality checking of agricultural plant. The main role is to complete repairs and replacements of smaller defects on non-conforming products as well as further analysis and diagnosis of larger defects to be then escalated to the relevant teams.Key Responsibilities: To be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of the CNH product and functional testing procedures. Identify, diagnose, and repair quality defects and part shortages.
