The role is working a 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday. Salary is c-37500 - 39,950 per annum plus 25 days'' holiday and bank holidays, pension, healthcare etc. About the Mechanical Fitter role: Assemble and modify mechanical equipment using engineering drawings and specifications. Carry out quality inspections, functional testing and equipment checks. Operate test equipment in line with engineering procedures. Prepare completed assemblies for dispatch. Support equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites, including UK and overseas travel where required. Identify and report faults, quality issues and non-conformances.
