Due to continued project demand, they are looking to recruit experienced Mechanical Fitters for a long-term contract. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out the overhaul, refurbishment and mechanical assembly of heavy engineering equipment. * Stripping, inspecting and rebuilding mechanical components to engineering specifications. * Replacing worn or damaged components and carrying out mechanical modifications where required. * Using engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documentation to complete work accurately. * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining safe working practices. Person Profile * Proven experience working as a Mechanical Fitter within a heavy engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment. * Confident using a wide range of hand and power tools. * Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions. *...
