You will be responsible for the final assembly and fit-out of heavy steel fuel tanks and bowsers to exacting specifications. Your day-to-day will include:Mechanical Assembly: Fitting components, sub-assemblies, and hardware to steel fabrications.Electrical Installation: Wiring and terminating single and three-phase ancillary systems (pumps, motors, control panels, lighting).Plumbing and Pipefitting: Installing fuel lines, valves, and pipework this is a critical requirement for this role.Testing and Inspection: Pressure testing, electrical continuity testing, and final quality inspections to ensure "right-first-time" quality.Problem-Solving: Interpreting engineering drawings to resolve fitment issues on the fly.
