Mechanical Fitter

Our engineering client is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team. This is a 3 month temp to perm position. This is a varied role working within a small workshop, covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assembly, testing, and general warehouse duties. The suitable candidate will have a hands-on engineering background and be happy to support across different areas of the business when needed. Duties will include: Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assembly Testing systems and equipment Working from drawings and build instructions Completing paperwork after each build Picking, packing and kitting parts Salary: 16.50 p/h (PAYE) Hours: Mon: Thur 08:00am - 16:45pm Fri: 08:00am - 12:00 37.5 Hours per week ..... full job details .....
