The roles are on a contract basis for a minimum of 6-12 months+ initially, but likely to go on much longer.The roles are commutable from all areas of North Manchester and also Salford, Oldham, Trafford etc. Key functions of this position include, but are not restricted to, mechanical build, strip and assembly of capital machinery. Hourly rates will be from 17.29/hr PAYE and 25.94 for hours over 39 hours. Overtime available at time and one half working 39 hours per week. WEEKLY OVERTIME AVAILABLE Core hours: 07:30 - 16:00, 15:00 on Friday. Half an hour for lunch. Qualification, Knowledge, Skill, Aptitude, Experience Required include: ESSENTIAL: Time served - recognised apprenticeship. Read/understand mechanical assembly drawings. Flexible approach to working hours. Continually self-appraise on current and developing HandS Regulations. DESIRABLE: Pneumatic, hydraulic and other mechanical systems. Working to tight tolerances.
