Due to increased workload, we are looking for skilled Mechanical Fitters / Testers to join the team on an immediate 2-month contract, with overtime available and the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality machinery. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical assembly and fitting from technical engineering drawingsInstallation of hydraulic systems, components and pipeworkTesting, commissioning and fault finding on completed machineryUsing hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment safelyEnsuring all work is completed to the highest quality standardsMaintaining accurate documentation and workshop housekeepingSupporting team members and contributing to continuous improvement What We''re Looking For: Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent hands-on experiencePrevious mechanical fitting, machine assembly, or equipment build experienceAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematicsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsA proactive approach with a strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork ..... full job details .....
