The role will focus on gearboxes, chain drives, associated mechanical equipment and modifications to pack lifters . Duties: Remove, install, maintain and repair gearboxes and drive assemblies. Work on conveyor chains, sprockets, shafts, bearings and couplings. Carry out mechanical strip-downs, component replacement and reassembly. Carry out modifications to pack lifters. Check chain tension, drive alignment and equipment condition. Identify faults and support testing before equipment is returned to service.
