Shifts: Monday to Friday - evenings
Commutable from: Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Pershore

Company Overview:
Join a well-established heavy engineering company specialising in industrial machinery and mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role in a technical, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Carry out fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial plant and equipment
* Install, repair and maintain mechanical transmissions, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Perform inspections, troubleshooting and repairs using fabrication, welding and machining techniques
* Do routine maintenance, lubrication schedules and safety checks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in heavy engineering and mechanical fitting
* Qualified via Mechanical/Electrical HNC or apprenticeship. Hands-on experience preferred
* Experience working with heavy industrial machinery or production equipment
* Skills in welding, fabrication, machining and mechanical troubleshooting
* Advantageous: Siemens S7 or CAM programming
