Mechanical Fitter - Lanarkshire We are currently recruiting for a versatile Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business. This is a varied, hands-on role combining site-based maintenance with field-based engineering support, offering the opportunity to work both within a production environment and at customer sites.The Role: You will be responsible for maintaining and improving production machinery, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, and supporting the installation and servicing of specialist equipment in the field.Key Duties:Planned and reactive maintenance on production machineryMechanical fault finding and basic electrical troubleshootingSupporting continuous improvement and minimising downtimeInstalling, servicing, and commissioning machinery at customer sitesProviding basic training and support to customersAbout You:Strong mechanical engineering backgroundExperience within a manufacturing or production environmentBasic electrical knowledge is advantageousAble to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and willing to travel (primarily UK-based)Full UK driving licence requiredWhat''s On Offer:Competitive salary + company vanCompany pension schemeOngoing training and developmentA varied role combining site and field-based workInterested?
