Mechanical Fitter

Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize plant downtime

• Mechanical repair and replacement of plant components

• Fault finding, diagnostics, and resolution across various systems

• Completion of maintenance records and use of IT systems for job tracking

• Involvement in seasonal overhaul projects and ongoing improvement initiatives

What We''re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Mechanical Fitter (time-served or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a heavy mechanical/industrial environment

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to standards

• Effective team player with solid communication skills

• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
