Mechanical Fitter

Do you want to work Monday-Friday days only (7.00am-3.30pm) for a base salary of -41065 per annum + Bonus + Overtime? Earnings of -50000 and upwards achievable? If so, then please read on.

The basics:

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Clay Cross

Shift: Monday-Friday (7.00am-3.30pm)

Salary: -41,065 + Bonus + Overtime = Earnings of up to -45,000

Bonus: From 6 months onwards = up to 10% of salary, up to -300 production bonus per quarter, up to -60 health and safety bonus per quarter and up to -1500 per annum additional bonus.

Overtime rates: x1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 Sunday

Benefits: up to 10% pension contribution, x3 salary death in service, Canteen, Uniform, Bonus.

Overview:

Working for a large manufacturing business that have plants across the world we now require a Mechanical Fitter to join the day shift team.

The ideal candidate / Mechanical Fitter may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Time served apprenticeship
• Strong Mechanical Maintenance background, working within automated manufacturing/ production environment or similar
• Knowledge and understanding of Gear Boxes, Motors and Conveyors
• Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc
