Mechanical Fitter

We are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join a specialist water treatment team working across the UK. This is a hands-on field-based role where you ll service, maintain, and support industrial water treatment systems at customer sites. You ll work independently, solve technical problems, and deliver a high standard of customer service. Full training is provided so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term engineering career. What you ll be doing Service and maintain water treatment equipment (filtration, RO, softeners, effluent systems) Diagnose and fix faults on-site and remotely Support installation and commissioning work (training provided) Complete service reports and documentation Work closely with customers and site teams Ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally What we re looking for Practical, hands-on individual with a problem-solving mindset Good communication skills and professional attitude Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required IT literate (Word, Excel, email) Full UK driving licence GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Desirable (not essential): Electrical or mechanical background Field service or engineering experience Exposure to water treatment or industrial systems What s on offer Competitive salary Company vehicle + fuel card Full training and career development Tablet, smartphone, tools, PPE and workwear provided Bonus scheme (subject to qualification) Pension scheme 23 ..... full job details .....
