The role will oversee mechanical service contracts & compliance, with an emphasis on Mechanical & Pressure systems maintenance whilst overseeing contractors on site covering Gas, Water, HVAC & compressed systems. It''s working for the Facilities Division of a Multi-site organisation who we have dealt with for the last 20 years.
