Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. Producing enquiries for equipment and specialist subcontract packages. Reviewing drawings, specifications and supplier quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities and project risks. Attending pre, mid and post-tender meetings. Liaising with clients, consultants and the supply chain to produce competitive bids. Attending site surveys and supporting tender presentations where required.
