Pricing MEP tenders with values up to -15 million. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Producing enquiries for suppliers and specialist subcontract packages. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks. Liaising with clients, consultants and the supply chain to produce competitive tenders. Working closely with the pre-construction team to ensure timely tender submissions. Attending site visits and tender meetings where required. Supporting project handovers following successful tenders. The Company: Established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor.
