Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team. The Role Working closely with the Pre-Construction Director and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders for commercial fit-out projects ranging from -5m to -15m M&E value. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing tender documentation and specifications. Preparing detailed mechanical cost estimates and take-offs. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Producing tender submissions and supporting documentation.
