Projects range from -50k3m, covering mechanical building services, planned and reactive maintenance and project works. The Role Prepare accurate and competitive mechanical estimates and tenders Review drawings, specifications and BOQs and carry out take-offs Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors Prepare detailed cost proposals and tender submissions Maintain accurate tender information and quotation status Identify commercial or technical issues within tender documentation Use Excel and estimating/commercial software to manage estimates The Successful Candidate Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator / M&E Estimator Strong knowledge of mechanical building services Experience pricing projects and producing detailed cost proposals Confident reading mechanical drawings, specifications and BOQs Experience carrying ou...
