Working closely with the estimating team, you will assess project documentation, prepare cost estimates, and contribute to successful bid submissions. Although projects are delivered nationwide, this is primarily an office-based position in Northampton. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Price mechanical building services installations across a range of project sectors. Produce accurate take-offs and cost breakdowns. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Review project specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
