Mechanical Estimator We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Mechanical Estimator to join a fast-paced team environment for a leading engineering company in Southampton. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of operational and administrative functions while supporting business growth and delivering excellent service standards. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives Handle enquiries professionally and ensure a high standard of client or customer service Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business objectives Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Ideal Experience and Skills Experience with mechanical systems and or piping, any prefabricated systems experience advantageous Previous experience in a similar administrative, operational, or coordination role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks ..... full job details .....
