Key Responsibilities Produce accurate and competitive mechanical cost estimates for building services projects Prepare detailed tenders covering HVAC, plumbing, pipework, and associated mechanical systems Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams Identify risk, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options ..... full job details .....
