Following several major project wins and a strong pipeline of future work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to support their continued growth.Your new roleAs Mechanical Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of tenders and pre-construction activities across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Scotland.Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and commercially competitive mechanical estimates from initial enquiry through to tender submission.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing detailed mechanical estimates and tender submissions.Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.Carrying out take-offs and preparing accurate cost plans.Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.Identifying value engineering opportunities.Assessing project risks and ..... full job details .....
