This is a role where you''ll have real involvement in tenders-not just pricing, but helping shape competitive bids and seeing projects through from enquiry to submission. Key responsibilities: Review drawings, specifications and tender documents Prepare take-offs and detailed cost plans Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Identify risks and build commercially sound tenders What they''re looking for: Mechanical estimating experience within M&E / building services Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework and plant Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines -70,000 - -75,000 + package, with clear progression and exposure to high-value projects.
