Mechanical Estimator (M&E)

Ipswich | -70,000 - -75,000 + Package

A Tier 1, award-winning M&E contractor is looking to bring in a Mechanical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of work across a range of building services projects.

This is a role where you''ll have real involvement in tenders-not just pricing, but helping shape competitive bids and seeing projects through from enquiry to submission.

Key responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Prepare take-offs and detailed cost plans
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Identify risks and build commercially sound tenders

What they''re looking for:

• Mechanical estimating experience within M&E / building services
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework and plant
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines

-70,000 - -75,000 + package, with clear progression and exposure to high-value projects.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
