The Role:

• Lead and support tenders for large-scale mechanical packages (£20M+) across Central London
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to produce accurate, competitive tenders
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams
• Work closely with design, commercial, and project teams
• Support and mentor junior estimators within the team

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction/building services
• Strong background in commercial mechanical fit-out projects
• Experience tendering on large-scale/high-value projects
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and specifications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Commutable to Wickford and surrounding areas
