We are currenlty looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator for a established mechanical and electrical contractor in London. This is an exellent opportunities to work on a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. The successful Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, producing accurate and commercially competitive estimates for mechanical building-services packages. The role will cover projects including high-quality office fit-outs, retail and commercial refurbishments. Mechanical packages will typically include HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, pipe work and plumbing.
