Mechanical Estimator Job OverviewAnalysing site drawings for HVAC and Mechanical engineering projects with values ranging between 1m and 3mWorking alongside project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and material costsCompleting comprehensive cost estimatesLiaising with the wider team to review and submit tender documents to clientsWorking with a range of clients including care homes, offices, student accommodation, hotels, and community/leisure facilities Mechanical Estimator Job RequirementsExperienced in estimating multiple projects across the HVAC sectorStrong technical knowledge and understanding of commercial plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systemsPrevious on-site technical experience is highly desirable but not essentialFull UK driving licenceBased within a commutable distance of Nottingham Mechanical Estimator Salary and BenefitsBasic Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 (DOE)Car allowance providedProfit share scheme (additional OTE of between 5k and 15k per annum)33 days holiday, including bank holidaysCompany NEST pension schemeBennett and Game Recruitment ..... full job details .....
