Mechanical Estimator required for a long established and award winning client in the West Midlands .-A family feel business with a brilliant position in the market across most sectors. inc Data-centres, Phrama, High - End Residential and Commercial. Giving this Mechanical Estimator a variety of commercial projects and independence to work on their own initiative.

Mechanical Estimator responsibilities:-

• Tender review
• Take-offs
• Quoting for mechanical-projects usingTrimble Luckins,-Ensign, or-Cymap would be advantageous
• Dealing with enquiries, costings and pricing
• Attending site and client meetings-

Must Have:

• Mechanical Estimating experience within the building services sector
• Proven track record of estimating across commercial and industrial sectors on large scale tenders-

Salary

• -60,000 - -70,000 - depending on experience
• Hybrid
• Benefits package
