Review customer requirements and develop concept and prototype designsProduce 3D models and detailed technical drawings compliant with BS8888Perform strength and safety calculations using FEA and analytical methodsSupport full product lifecycle from design through manufactureConduct vibration and shock analysis, testing, and reportingProvide technical support to production and sales teamsEnsure compliance with engineering standards, REACH, and RoHSRequirements

Minimum BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or above)Provable relevant experienceProficiency in CAD 3D modelling (Inventor Pro or equivalent) and GDandTExperience with ANSYS Finite Element Analysis preferredStrong analytical skills and mechanical design knowledgeExcellent communication and organisational skillsMUST PASS BASELINE PERSONNEL SECURITY STANDARD (BPSS) CHECKHow to apply
