You ll lead a small team while remaining hands-on with the build, installation, servicing and commissioning of bespoke industrial equipment.Initially supervising two engineers, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools but wants greater responsibility, leadership and ownership.The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you ll oversee day-to-day mechanical engineering activities across production and customer sites.Key responsibilities include: Lead and support a small team of mechanical engineers.Provide technical guidance, mentoring and day-to-day supervision.Build and assemble bespoke mechanical equipment.Support customer-site installations, commissioning, repairs and maintenance.Coordinate installation and service projects through to completion.Work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and health and safety.Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, including RAMS and Permit to Work requirements.Drive LEAN and continuous ..... full job details .....
