This role is suited to either an experienced lecturer or a strong industry professional looking to transition into education, with support available for candidates who do not yet hold a teaching qualification. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based teaching across Mechanical Engineering programmes. Support learners on Level 2 and Level 3 provision, apprenticeships, and potentially HE programmes where appropriate. Plan and prepare inclusive, effective lessons and learning activities. Assess learner work, monitor progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback. Promote safe working practices within workshop and classroom environments.
